What is Krav Maga? It is the official tactical defense system of the Israeli Military & Special Forces. It is Hebrew for 'contact combat' and is the most proficient system available today. It is a fighting system where you can defend yourself now, unlike most martial arts where it could take years to be proficient.
This system is based on natural reactions (how your body would normally react) and so, it is easy to learn! You train in realistic situations, and more importantly, Krav Maga teaches you how to survive when your life is threatened.
